TERMS & CONDITIONS

Music City Prints accepts customer-supplied garments with the understanding that we will not be liable for any misprints, stains, or damages to these garments. Our printing and decoration processes involve heat and other treatments that may impact the garment's quality. There is a risk of human and machine errors, and all customer-supplied garments are left at the customer's own risk.

 

If an issue arises with a customer-supplied garment, we will not replace or reimburse the item. It will be returned to you with an apology. For best results, we recommend using garments supplied by Music City Prints, which we can replace if a production error occurs.

 

For bulk orders, we strongly advise printing a single test unit for approval and wash testing before proceeding with the full order. We do not replace or reimburse customer-owned garments that fade after washing.

 

All customers must sign a waiver agreeing to these terms before we proceed with decoration on customer-supplied garments.


**Production Time & Acknowledgment**

- Customers acknowledge and agree that all standard custom orders require 2-3 business days for production.

- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to approval.

- Production time begins once payment is received and the final design is approved.

-Delays caused by late approvals or modifications to designs may extend the turnaround time.

**Refund Policy**

Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on customized items. However, a refund or exchange may be granted at our discretion under the following conditions:

- The item is returned within 30 days of receipt.

- The item is unused and in its original condition.

- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

- If a cancellation is requested after an order has been placed but before printing begins, a restocking fee of 25% may apply.

- If artwork has been created or materials ordered, additional charges may apply.

**Pickup Policy**

Customers must pick up their orders during our business hours (9 AM – 5 PM). Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification that the order is ready. Failure to pick up within this period may result in additional storage fees. After 30 days, unclaimed items will be considered abandoned and may be donated or discarded.

**Shipping Policy**

- Music City Prints ships orders via standard carriers. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

- Customers will receive tracking information once their order has shipped.

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

- Expedited shipping is available upon request at an additional cost.

**Cancellation Policy**

- Orders may be canceled before production begins. If artwork has been created or materials ordered, a restocking fee of 25% may apply.

- Once printing has started, orders cannot be canceled.

- Customers requesting a cancellation must contact us immediately.

**Copyright Policy**

By submitting artwork or design files, customers affirm that they have the legal right to use and reproduce the design. Music City Prints is not liable for copyright infringement claims arising from customer-submitted designs. We reserve the right to refuse printing any design that violates copyright laws or contains offensive content.

**Limited Liability Clause**

By purchasing services from Music City Prints, customers agree that we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or goods, regardless of prior notice of the possibility of such losses.
